Cookie policy
Last updated 28 October 2026.
The short version
We use analytics and advertising cookies only if you say yes. Until you choose, none are set. You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary
These do not need consent, because the site cannot remember your choice without them.
| Name | What it does | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| cd-consent | Stored in your browser (local storage, not a cookie). Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics and marketing, so we don’t ask on every page. | 12 months, then we ask again |
Analytics, only with your consent
Google Analytics tells us which pages are read and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. It does not tell us who you are.

| _ga | Google Analytics. Tells one visit from another. | 2 years |
| _ga_[ID] | Google Analytics. Keeps track of a single visit. | 2 years |
Marketing, only with your consent
Meta Pixel tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to visits and booking requests.
| Name | Set by | Kept for |

| _fbp | Meta. Links visits to our adverts. | 3 months |
| _fbc | Meta. Set when you arrive from one of our adverts. | 3 months |
| fr and other facebook.com cookies | Meta, on its own domain, if you use Facebook or Instagram in the same browser. | Up to 3 months |
Other things the site loads

| Postcodes.io | When you check a postcode, that postcode is sent to find its location. Nothing else is sent. | None |
| Vercel | Our hosting provider serves the pages and keeps short technical logs for security. | None |
